Update 04/06/25
Update:
At the start of my blogging journey in January, most of the content I posted was academic. Two of my earliest posts were “The 5 Best Study Habits for High School Freshmen to Develop Early” and “The Transition from Middle School to High School- the Perspective of a Freshman”, and since then I’ve expanded my blog to incorporate medical topics as well. This has been an exciting and wonderful transition for me, however, as I near the end of my freshman year of highschool, I would like to reflect on my year and share as much as I can for incoming freshmen seeking to learn more about high school. So, I have decided to dedicate these next two months to speaking about how to succeed in your first year of high school, with a new topic about freshman year every week for the next 7 weeks.
If you would like to know the specifics ahead of time, this is a list of what I will be writing about and when the article will be posted:
- Top 3 Lesser-Known Books for High School Freshmen to Read (April 6th, Sunday)
- Balancing Schoolwork and Extracurriculars in High School (April 13th, Sunday)
- How to Stay Organized in High School: Tips for Freshmen (April 20th, Sunday)
- How to Stay Motivated During Your First Year of High School (April 27th, Sunday)
- How to Set Achievable Academic Goals for Your Freshman Year (May 4th, Sunday)
- How to Prepare for Your First High School Presentation (May 11th, Sunday)
- How to Deal with High School Homework: Tips for Freshmen (May 18th, Sunday)
Also, if you haven’t noticed already, I now post weekly on Sunday. That concludes the update, and today’s freshman year topic will be posted soon!
